A Presentation by John Alibankoha Director of Rural People in Action for Development (RUPAD) on the current situation in Uganda, the role of Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) in development and the work of RUPAD.

John Alibankoha has worked for many years with the Uganda Rural Development and Training Programme (URDT) as international partnership co-ordinator, was a local councillor for over 10 years for the Kibaale District in Western Uganda and is the founder and director of a number of projects including RUPAD.
